Very nice location across from the mall and close to dining spots. Especially Faye, offered friendly assistance.

Parking was a hassle at check-in, as my reserved spot was unavailable. I found several issues with cleanliness, including unwashed dishes.

The location was easy, just a short stroll away from an upscale center. Really enjoyed a refrigerator, a work desk and TV with DVD player in the room. Private bathroom was clean.

Got studio apartment with a kitchen and laundry, for example as expected. Location: the hotel was near Santana Row, a quiet neighbourhood of Santana Row which is Silicon Valley's premier outdoor destination for shopping, dining, living and working, and an upscale shopping center.

The location was perfect, walking distance to Santana Row and the Valley Fair Mall. We really appreciated having a well-equipped kitchen in our studio, easy to cook meals for the whole family. The staff, especially Michelle, were so accommodating and friendly!

My kids wished for a patio with seating for fresh air.

Great Location for Business Travelers

The staff , especially Michelle , were super helpful! I asked for a better can opener and they delivered with a smile. The room was surprisingly quiet even though it was close to a busy street.

It was pricey, but still tolerable for the quality offered.

The location couldn't be better. It's just a short walk from Santana Row and Valley Fair Mall. The studio was well-equipped with a fridge and a cooktop. Friendly staff greeted me every time, especially Faye, who was extra helpful. I loved having complimentary coffee available in the lobby. There were a couple of hiccups. The mattress felt firmer than I'd prefer, and I faced a parking issue at check-in with the lot being full, frustrating since I had booked a spot. It did open up the next day though. The room cleanliness could improve as I noticed some leftover food bits on dishes upon arrival. A bit more attention could make a big difference.

The room size feels cramped for extended stays, especially for two. Kitchenware is minimal with just two each of plates and utensils, not suitable for cooking a full meal. No dishwasher in the room makes cleanup a hassle, and there's no daily housekeeping, which could leave you longing for a little more comfort after several days. The bathroom could use more towels and toiletries, as a single set for two people feels inadequate. The mattress firmness may not suit everyone's taste, especially after long days on the go.

This place suits me perfectly! The staff provided excellent assistance when I needed help with my elderly parents during my first stay. The well-equipped kitchen, comfortable studio, and reliable Wi-Fi make it a great choice. I'll be back soon!
